• Theta Machine sessions (meditation/relaxation technology sessions)

Important: Our services are for wellness, relaxation, and personal development support and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.

3. ELIGIBILITY / AGE REQUIREMENTS

5. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

5.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed after:

• successful payment (if payment is required in advance), and/or

• written confirmation from CTFY via email or booking confirmation page.

5.2 Client Responsibility

You agree to provide correct booking details and arrive (or join online sessions) on time.

Late arrival may reduce your session time, and full charges may still apply.

6. PRICES, PAYMENTS & INVOICING

6.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in EUR/BGN (as indicated), and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.

6.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted via online payment processors (e.g., card payments or other online methods available on the Website).

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to use the selected payment method

• all billing information is accurate

7. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

This section is designed to be compliant with EU/Bulgarian consumer rules related to services.

7.1 Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling by contacting: Info@creatingthefutureyou.com.

We will try to accommodate changes based on availability.

7.2 Cancellation by Client

If you cancel:

• more than 24 hours before the session: you may reschedule or request a credit

• within 24 hours of the session: the session may be charged in full

• no-show: session is charged in full

(CTFY may still provide flexibility in exceptional cases at its discretion.)

7.3 Digital Services / Time-Based Bookings

If you book a session for a specific date/time and we begin preparing or delivering the service immediately, you understand that you may be required to confirm consent to start service before the withdrawal period applies (where legally relevant).

7.4 Cancellation by CTFY

CTFY may cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, force majeure, illness, etc.). In such case, you will receive:

• a rescheduled booking OR

• a full refund for the cancelled session (if prepaid)

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

However, if you book a service at a specific date/time (example: a scheduled Theta session), the right of withdrawal may not apply once the session has been provided or where the law provides exceptions for time-specific leisure/service bookings.

Where applicable, CTFY will respect all mandatory consumer rights under Bulgarian and EU law.

9. WEBSITE USE RULES

You agree NOT to:

• use the Website for unlawful purposes

• interfere with Website security, access, or functionality

• copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit the Website content without permission

• upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

We may suspend or block access for violations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on this Website (text, graphics, branding, videos, images, designs, programs, and content) are owned by or licensed to CTFY.
